M. Kayhan Yıldırım, Chairman of the Board of Turkish Seed Union (TÜRKTOB), met with İbrahim Yumaklı, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
During the meeting, developments in the agricultural sector across Türkiye in general and specifically in Antalya, the current situation in the seed sector, and fresh fruit and vegetable prices were evaluated.
In the meeting, where AK Party Antalya Deputies Tuba Vural Çokal, İbrahim Ethem Taş, and Mustafa Köse were also present, developments in the agricultural sector in Türkiye and specifically in Antalya were discussed.
Assessments were made regarding the agenda of the seed sector, particularly the vegetable group, and the prices of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Following the meeting, Turkish Seed Union President Yıldırım commented, "We have once again witnessed the importance our Honorable Minister attaches to the sustainability of production, consultation with the sector, and close monitoring of developments in the field. Our visit was very important and productive in terms of evaluating current topics related to the agriculture and seed sectors and discussing the priority issues of the sector.
